The 2nd District is the least pristine of the four districts. Most of the buildings are falling apart and exploration is dangerous and often hampered by collapsed walls and passage ways. This district is frequently covered in walking corpses and is ruled by Overlord Zion. The Overlord is content to allow players to explore his domain for the time being.
